My order kept getting canceled do to an issue with my card. I place the ordered, received confirmation, my AmEx was charged $41.94 and even received a confirmation email. After a while though, I received another email stating that my order was canceled. I called in and spoke to Eric and he explained the order was canceled due to an issue with CVV or something of that nature. I have had weird problems with this particular AmEx card since the day it arrived, so I wasn't shocked to hear it was a card issue. This same scenario happened again on the 2nd attempt to order the part. On the 3rd try I just used a debit card and Eric has confirmed the order is good now. Eric was extremely helpful and courteous, if not for Eric's help I probably wouldn't have made the 2nd attempt and definitely wouldn't have made the 3rd. Eric is a credit to your business and I would like and appreciate if his managers/supervisors are made aware of his outstanding customer support and professionalism.
